The activities of amodiaquine, artesunate, and artesunate-amodiaquine against asexual- and sexual-stage parasites were evaluated in 360 Nigerian children with uncomplicated Plasmodium falciparum malaria randomized to the standard dose regimens of the three drugs/combination.
